Which file formats can I send?
We accept .bin and .mmf2 files up to 50MB. An original file is required with every request.
How do I pay?
The services you select are charged from your account balance when you submit the request. To top up your balance, contact us by email or phone.
How do I get my modified file?
When your file is ready you receive an email, and you can download it directly from the request page in your dashboard.
Who can see my files?
Only you and our team. Files are stored securely and other customers can never access them.
Can I add more information after submitting?
Yes. While the request is pending you can add extra files and pictures, and send us messages on the request page.
